We come from a generation of Jewellers with more than 30+ Years of Jewellery Industry knowledge. Created with Love and Care, each masterpiece goes through multiple rounds of quality checks and only then is dispatched all across the world.
OUR PROCESS

Designing
Design tailored to your needs based on the samples you provide or original sketches we develop at your request. ​

Computer Aided Design
CAD (Computer-Aided-Design) models maximize quality, minimize costs and realize your vision.
3.
Rubber Mould
Making molds is a vital aspect of the manufacturing process. It aids in creating several pieces of the same jewelry design.
4.
Wax Tree
The wax pieces are formed from the rubber molds created from the metal master in this phase. On the commercial wax injector machine, the rubber mold is installed, to make wax models for casting molten wax is pumped into the mold cavity under pressure.
5.
Casting
Casting is a highly complicated process requiring highly competent and experienced casters to achieve the desired result. The wax tree is placed in a steel flask and filled with a slurry of chemical powder, solidifying in an hour.
6.
Grinding
When the raw casting is removed from the casting tree, a little nub is produced where the gold or silver piece was linked to the sprue. The polisher uses a motorized grinding machine to remove the nub, which acts as an abrasive to smooth the surface of the gold or silver piece/jewelry.
7.
Filing
The jewelry piece is filed with precious instruments to fully achieve the desired product shape.

Stone Setting
Stone Setting is an art performed by expert craftsmen who excel in placing stones securely and efficiently on the design piece.

Polishing
The jewelry undergoes polishing in multiple stages in order to ensure the perfect finish for every piece.

Packaging
We provide a wide range of plating services including gold micron plating, Rose Gold Plating, Silver Plating, Rhodium Plating, E-coating, and oxidized plating based on your request.
Quality Control at every stage of production, followed by a final pre-shipment check. If any piece is found below the mark it is repurposed into metal and starts the journey again. At JPS, we believe in minimizing waste.
After crossing the intensive 11 steps, the jewelry is finally packed and shipped to your location as per your specifications.
